RWE Companius at Innogy
All staff at RWE Innogy are encouraged to get involved in our volunteering initiatives. However, due to alternative, established programmes already running the UK, employees from RWE npower renewables should refer to the following pages to see how our existing community involvement programmes have been integrated into the Companius programme.
Community Involvement at RWE npower renewables
All other RWE Innogy colleagues can be part of the volunteering community, or can apply for a project funding by RWE Companius between 500 and 2,000 Euro.
To participate, you just have to fill in the project application and a jury out of members of the works council and the RWE Companius team will decide along fixed criteria, if the project will receive the support. Colleagues who were successful with their project application have to fill in a documentation with photos and some further details regarding the project.
