RWE Companius works regularly with several different partners and together with them develops interesting campaigns and programmes whose purpose is to promote community involvement and to motivate both RWE employees and external volunteers to commit some of their spare time to voluntary work.
Children need adults who are willing to listen to them, give them ideas and encourage them. Big Brothers Big Sisters is a mentoring programme that has been in existence for more than a hundred years and is now firmly established in more than ten countries.
